Meet Our Agents

An agent here is not a person. It is a chain of steps that used to take a few people.

Not a superhuman helper, not a colleague we hired. Each agent below is a named, fixed chain of steps across tools you already use — email, WhatsApp, a GPS feed, an invoice, a call — doing in sequence what used to take several people coordinating by hand. We give them names because it should be as easy to ask “what did Priya find this week” as it is to ask about any other report, and get a real answer back.

The agents that run WebXpress

Nobody buys these. They exist inside WebXpress itself, doing work that used to sit with people on the team — which is the proof, not the pitch, that the agents we build for customers are built the same way.

Mira

Delivery Operations Agent

Links together

Jira + Outlook/Teams (M365) + Twilio

Sends the daily delivery-ops brief — escalations, stuck items, PM silence, Jira fires — at 05:30 IST across the live customer delivery accounts WebXpress runs. Runs the weekly PM scorecard, chases Jira ETAs the moment a spec goes live, and reads a slice of operational mail twice a day, replying to the routine part and leaving the rest for a person.

Live, in daily use

Not sold separately — part of how WebXpress itself runs.

Sharon

Marketing Agent

Links together

Campaign brief + AI drafting + Brevo (send) + stats reporting

Runs the loop from a marketing brief to an AI-drafted email, through human approval, to a send — then reports the stats back and writes the weekly marketing digest. Her audience is a list; day-to-day sales conversations belong to Sara.

Live, in daily use

Not sold separately — part of how WebXpress itself runs.

Sara

Enterprise Business Development Agent

Links together

CRM/pipeline records + inbound lead sources + follow-up messaging + proposals

Works enterprise deals end to end — finds opportunities inside existing customers, sends information mail to prospects, identifies and qualifies new leads, and responds to inbound enquiries from any channel. Understands the product and the logistics domain well enough to fit the right solution rather than the biggest one.

Live

Not sold separately — part of how WebXpress itself runs.

The agents already in the platform

Part of the 14-agent AI portfolio, given a name because there is a real, customer-visible moment worth naming — a call, a flagged invoice. The rest of the portfolio stays known by function until there is a reason to name it too.

Baldev

AI Voice Agent, Control Tower

Links together

GPS/telematics event feed + Severity Index scoring + Twilio voice calling

When a vehicle overspeeds, drives at night, or coasts in neutral, Baldev calls the driver within five minutes — in the driver’s own language. Not a dashboard alert someone might see later. A phone call, while the unsafe kilometre is still being driven.

Priya

Freight Audit & Freight Intelligence Agent, LogiCloud

Links together

Cost master + shipment data + transporter rate contract + invoice upload + approvals

Checks every freight invoice against the cost master, the shipment data, and the transporter rate contract, and flags what doesn’t match, with the reason attached — then goes further, continuously auditing transactions for the billing errors, weight discrepancies, and rate mismatches that quietly leak revenue. Works with finance teams on the audit side and with owners and logistics heads on the freight-intelligence side.

Being built — launching October 2026

Twelve more agents are already live or in build across the platform — Shipment Intelligence, Operations Automation, Audit & Loss, and Demand & Growth.

See which of your fires an agent could already be watching.

Twenty years of logistics domain context, one data model, and agents that link the tools you already run — not a chatbot bolted on top.
